Principal Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle yesterday remanded a man to prison after he reportedly broke out of the Kitty Police Station on two occasions.The accused, 18-year-old Bernard Sam, was charged with two counts of escaping from lawful custody.It is alleged that on March 29,Cheap Colorado Avalanche Jerseys, while being held for a criminal offence,Ottawa Senators Gear, he escaped from lawful custody.It is also alleged that on April 16,Cheap Air Max Shoes For Sale, while being held by the police for another criminal offence,Nike Air Max 95, he escaped again. To both charges the accused pleaded not guilty.He was represented by defence attorney, Mohammed Zafar, who told the court that his client is a first time offender and if granted bail he will return to court.However,Cheap Nike Air Max 2018, contrary to this, Police Prosecutor Sherwin Matthews pointed out to the court that the accused currently has two other simple larceny matters in the court.Matthews further informed the court that on the first occasion when the accused was being detained at the Kitty Police Station he picked the lock and escaped. On the second occasion,Billy Price Jersey, he broke the roof of the police station and escaped, the prosecutor added.The prosecutor also pointed out that the accused is also on a bond to keep the peace for a 12-month period.He will make his next court appearance on May 21.
