Employees who work with the agency for one to nine years receive an allowance of $10,000; 10-20 years receive $25,000 and those employed for 21 years and over receive $40,000.GGMC said that staffers are given the opportunity to study either through the Scholarship Programme at University of Guyana or receive Sponsorship to pursue studies related to their jobs at other recognized institutions.
